You have 30 calendar days to return a AirTek item from the date you received it. There is a 5% cost due to packaging and labor cost associated with the item purchased. Any return request after 30 days is handled on a case by case basis, please call or email us (see contact page in the navigation on the left). To be eligible for a full return (less the 5% & freight charges), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not in the original condition, you will still receive a refund but we will have to charge a higher percentage of the original cost due to PDG not being able to re-sell the item at full price. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you do not have the original packaging, we highly recommend finding appropriate packaging to secure the system components before sending items back. If the item has been damaged in the return, the shipping companies may inspect the packaging to make sure that it was suitable for their system.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund and PDG coordinated the return shipping to save you on the cost of the return – that cost of the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
